The keys are nice and soft, great for people who use their keyboards a lot.
The keys are not painted on so you won’t have to worry about them rubbing off.

The Bad
The backlighting could have been a little brighter on the highest setting.
It would have been nice to have a full size escape key.
It is somewhat a small keyboard, it might take you a little while to get used to.
The G11 lacks LCD for game support.
It is not a wireless keyboard.
The cord length is a little on the short side.
The USB ports are not 2.0, so expect slow speeds if using the ports for a memory stick.
Their is no separate written manual, nor is their a source to download a manual.
